Through management of International supply chain transformation programmes within Food Service, Wholesale, 4PL Distribution Platforms and Retail supply sectors he has gained a plethora of experience in delivering cost base reduction for internal and external clients.
As a “poacher turned gamekeeper” in both logistics and blue chip purchasing arenas he finds auditable value for companies through an in depth understanding of the supply chain, processes, negotiation and sourcing techniques. Craig has designed, negotiated & implemented strategies and solutions within categories of FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing, Catering and Consumables and has developed a specialised and in depth knowledge from his roles leading central purchasing and within the supplier base.
