Helen holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Personal Finance Society, the UK’s professional body for financial advisers.

She stated her career in Financial Services working for Scottish Equitable and moved into advising companies with a Kent based brokerage which became Heath Lambert and subsequently Gallagher Employee Benefits. For over 19 years Helen has used her expertise and experience to design and deliver effective Employee Benefit Programmes to organisations, and over two years ago moved to ERA Employee Benefits to continue these activities.

Helen specialises in reviewing existing Employee Benefit arrangements, assessing how these meet the needs and budget of the employer and how the value of these are communicated to the employees.

She delivers ongoing pro-active advice to those employers in line with current legislation and actively promote the benefits to the employees in a simple and friendly way.

Helen’s main areas of expertise include Company Pensions, Automatic Enrolment, Corporate Protection and benefits such as Group Medical & Life Insurance as well as Flexible Benefits.

Helen is supported by a team of experienced employee benefit advisers and administrators who have over 30 years experience within the industry.

Helen lives in Kent with her husband and two children and she enjoys going out with her family, in their VW camper van.
