With a successful track record of managing and implementing significant procurement change programmes in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, including BP, Fujitsu, Mitchells & Butlers, the Spirit Group, Yell.com, National Grid and Go Outdoors, Karnjit helps Expense Reduction Analysts clients on a wide range of global, Pan European and UK procurement transformation and strategic cost reduction projects.
In over 20 years’ business experience, Karnjit has managed and been responsible for multimillion pound procurement spends, delivering up to 62% total cost improvements. She has developed and implemented post contractual supplier SLAs to drive post contractual efficiencies, and designed and managed process improvements, tools, contract templates and systems to eliminate waste and enable full procurement compliance.
This direct business experience is matched by her academic and networking pedigree with an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, plus membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS), Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), Chartered Institute Transport & Logistics, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD), Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and Chartered Institute of Consultancy (MIC).
