Lee McCready

A result-orientated Sales Leader, Lee joined ERA Group in September 2022, initially as a Key Account Manager but with a future aspiration to leverage previous experience within digital transformation and managed services, to evolve into an IT transformation specialist.

Lee’s experience is based on the sale of multiple technology solutions to enterprise and SME businesses, both directly and in conjunction with an ecosystem of partners. Solutions sold and delivered include:

  • Voice telephony services delivered as a cloud or on-premise SaaS offering, integrated with network orchestration and call recording for compliance.
  • Digital transformation and migration of traditional software to cloud based services.
  • Digitisation of banking and financial services specific customer journeys through API integration with siloed systems and data sets to improve CX resulting in a reduced cost of customer acquisition and automation of process management.
  • Network integration and migration of multiple line of business applications into cloud.
  • Management of virtual teams including Pre-sales, Technical/Solution Architects and Delivery/Customer Success.
  • Development of multiple relationships with Tier partners including NTT, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Infosys, EY, Accenture, and Avanade.
