Project specialist: Fleet
Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the fleet sector and prior to joining ERA held a number of customer management positions within the leasing industry.
Michael is responsible for all sales support, supplier liaison and administration within ERA Fleet Cost Management including various project management functions such as analysis and audit reporting. His last corporate role was Corporate Customer Services Manager for major fleets within Lex Autolease.
With Michael’s extensive experience in the fleet industry he has gained a thorough understanding of the fleet market matrices which is invaluable when he undertakes forensic levels of analysis on marketplace pricing models. This allows us to bring to our clients a clear, concise and transparent understanding of the complex nature of fleet operations. The detailed analysis undertaken includes
