Sheena joined ERA in 2018, she has extensive office management, customer service and client relationship experience. Initially working with Waitrose (John Lewis Group) in various management roles.

In 1999 she started her own business with husband David representing international footwear & clothing brands within their own UK sales & marketing agency. Sheena focuses on client management and personal customer service where she is most respected for a pro-active and an attention to detail approach.
