I am committed to helping organisations achieve best value for money across their indirect and overhead expenditure – organisations spanning a wide variety of sectors from manufacturing, wholesale and retail to education, leisure and legal.
My role is to understand a client’s needs and build a team of specialists who use their category specific knowledge and experience to deliver solutions that ensure best value for money is achieved. This is all implemented with ERA at your side and whilst also at least maintaining current levels of service and quality.
The client remains in control at all stages, making all of the key decisions – our role is to provide the data and evidence in a format that provides clarity to enable the solution that is right for the client to be selected.
