Project specialist: Fleet
Steve joined Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) in 2017, after more than 20 years in vehicle fleet management. Steve has extensive knowledge of vehicle leasing, occupational road risk management & driver training and accident management, as well as experience of providing daily rental solutions to the UK corporate sector.
Prior to joining ERA, Steve gained a wealth of experience at Director and Senior Management level working for Lex Vehicle Leasing, RAC Business Solutions, Nationwide Network Services and Proximo. Steve has also owned and ran his own successful vehicle accident management business; he sold it in late 2013 and remained with the new owner. Steve combines his strong commercial awareness with a consistent ability to identify and deliver process and system efficiencies within the fleet sector. This enables organisations to save money and generate additional value through strategic, effective procurement. He appreciates the value of long-term client relationships, the importance of stakeholder engagement and the necessity for strong supplier relations in order to achieve financial efficiencies and exceptional customer service.
