Stuart has more than twenty five years’ experience of delivering change within organisations. He enjoys working with high-performing teams to ensure achievement of individual targets, project goals and company objectives.

As a Senior Project Delivery Manager, Stuart spent fifteen years working for a management consultancy business dedicated to improving working capital. Working to clients’ strategic objectives, Stuart oversaw a range of projects in international markets covering both Europe and Asia dedicated to reducing costs, improving cash-flow and increasing service quality for customers and from suppliers.

Immediately prior to joining ERA, Stuart spent a further ten years working as a Managing Consultant for a business transformation consultancy. Getting to grips with core client requirements, Stuart provided SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consultancy and solutions to organisations from Thames Water to Birmingham City Council and most recently, Royal Mail.

Stuart’s extensive experience with managing stakeholders and suppliers, together with his skilled analysis and project management experience will serve him well. At ERA, he wants to work with progressive organisations seeking to effect improvement within their procurement and supply chain. Together with our extensive team of specialists, Stuart is ready to help businesses, schools and charities improve processes and save money in order to facilitate growth or deploy more cash to the frontline.
