Iain is one of ERA Group’s longest serving associates having joined in 2000 after a 26 year career in Barclays Bank.

Following a period in ERA‘ s Payments Team in which he undertook many successful reviews of clients’ requirements in merchant card service provision, invoice discounting and general banking charges Iain now concentrates fully on business development and client management, calling upon the dedicated teams of expertise available within ERA Group that he can introduce to businesses.

With the experience gained from his project work Iain is able to successfully manage each review to ensure that the client’s experience of ERA is one that they can recommend to others. In the time that Iain has been with ERA his clients have achieved savings in their indirect expenditure that are averaging 23%.
