Jonathan is a Principal Consultant here at ERA. He has spent his entire professional career, since 1997, within HR consulting, payroll services and talent acquisition.

He is deeply passionate about delivering solutions that reverberate across all parts of an organisation. Solutions that are aligned to their mission, vision and values, and that positively impact departments, culture, top line revenue and bottom-line numbers.

With sector experience across retail, media, FMCG, technology, education, manufacturing, finance, entertainment, professional services, insurance and charities, Jonathan is able to draw on a broad church of knowledge of best practices from those innovating and outperforming in different industries, which positions him uniquely to not only understand a business challenge, but to get to the heart of solutions quickly, without compromising on detail or quality.

Focusing in on both cost consciousness and quality metrics, Jonathan’s approach to supplier engagement helps to strengthen existing relationships, or to procure and manage new ones in equal measure. whilst his knowledge around contractual commitments, limitations, service level agreements and costs, has been invaluable to the clients he has helped improve their businesses.
