Mark is a highly experience Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience across Banking & Financial Services. He has operated within complex investment banking institutions, responsible for all aspects operational activities, leading business strategy and development, project management and financial performance.
Mark is a qualified accountant being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds an honours degree in Accounting.
Mark delivers critical insight to C-suite and senior management across all aspects of the business, from profitability management, detailed forecasting, forensic process and cost optimisation and capital planning. He has a consistent track record in delivering cost savings by utilising his expertise, attention to detail and collaborative approach.
Mark has implemented many successful projects across complex regulatory and business-related environments. These include Brexit, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), business entity rationalisation and launching new trading products and systems.
Now, as an ERA consultant, Mark will be focused on delivering an outstanding client experience, acting as a trusted advisor and establishing long term partnerships. Leveraging his financial and business background he will work together with ERA clients to help manage their costs, streamline processes and grow their businesses.
