He has worked at board level with many high profile organisations driving improvements to their Procurement functions and delivering substantial benefits to their bottom line. His area of expertise is enterprise-wide procurement implementation and improvement, with organisations across the UK, Europe and with Global footprints.
Barry likes to help organisations unblock the true potential of Procurement by embedding best practice principles into the day-to-day activities of company executives and their staff. Areas of particular focus being 3rd Party relationships, governance, internal processes and systems.
Having worked in major transformation programmes with many Blue Chip companies, Barry has the experience and knowledge to help clients quickly and effectively make the right decisions and drive the right actions across their organisations.
A strong stakeholder engagement style and an ability to influence at all levels, means that Barry can assist in reviewing and setting strategy and have the practical skills to deliver the changes necessary. Barry’s expertise links very specifically with the work that our other Project Specialists can offer and looks to integrate these tasks within overall savings delivery.
