CollectPlus has announced a new parcel service which relies only on having the recipients email address.

Rather than relying on traditional address details, the recipient is emailed a link and asked to select one of more than 6,500 collection points in the CollectPlus network.

This another good stride forwards by the industry, to make the consumer order experience even more convenient.
